Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges
Refunds and replacements will be accepted up to 30 days after delivery.
We will refund you full price of your products and original delivery cost you paid.
Please follow the five steps to ensure smooth process:
1. Please contact us at goldcast@goldcast.co.uk as soon as you decide to request a refund.
2. All returned items must be originally sealed and packaged.
3. You are responsible for returning the products to us. We won't be able to process a refund until the goods are delivered to us. We suggest using insured delivery method.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
